What data we collect
During registration we may ask for your name, email address, phone number, rental property count range, city, main rental management concern, and optional consent for a short conversation about your rental situation. We also use technical security data needed to protect the registration form from automated submissions.
How we use the data
We use the data only to understand your rental situation, contact you, and choose the most relevant HomeQora step. We will contact you for an additional conversation only if you select the separate consent checkbox in the registration form.
Where the data is stored
Registration data is stored in the Supabase database used by HomeQora in Europe. Access to registration data is limited to the HomeQora team and technical service providers when needed for registration handling, security, or system operation.
Security check
The registration form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to protect the form from automated submissions and abuse. Cloudflare may process technical data needed to complete the security check.
What we do not ask for during registration
The registration form does not ask for tenant documents, personal identification numbers, exact property addresses, bank details, income information, insurance documents, or uploaded agreements.
Data deletion
If you want us to remove your registration data or stop contacting you, email us at hello@homeqora.com.
Retention period
We keep registration data while it is needed to contact you about HomeQora and assess whether the service may be useful for your rental situation. When the data is no longer needed, we remove it.
Withdrawing consent
If you consented to an additional conversation, you can withdraw that consent at any time by emailing hello@homeqora.com. Withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before consent was withdrawn.
Note
If HomeQora starts collecting additional data for accounts, payments, document uploads, third-party integrations, or similar product modules, this policy will be updated before that processing begins.
