1. HomeQora status

HomeQora is a rental management product for private landlords in Lithuania. It is intended to help organize rental preparation, documents, important dates, payment reminders and related actions before handing over a property to a tenant.

Registration is not a rental transaction, tenant approval, insurance coverage, or legal opinion.

2. Purpose of registration

By submitting the registration form, you provide information about your rental situation and allow the HomeQora team to review it. We use this information to contact you and suggest the most relevant HomeQora step if such a step is applicable.

A submitted registration does not guarantee a specific result, tenant suitability assessment, automated check or individual legal consultation.

3. Product information

Information shown on the HomeQora website and in the product is intended to help landlords organize rental preparation actions, documents, important dates and related information more clearly.

This information is not individual legal, financial, insurance, tax or real estate advice. It also does not guarantee a specific rental result, tenant suitability or payment performance.

4. What you agree to provide

During registration, provide only your own information and only the data requested by the form. Please do not send tenant documents, personal identification numbers, bank details, agreement copies, exact property addresses, or other sensitive documents unless HomeQora clearly asks for them in a separate process designed for that purpose.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide insofar as it is needed for registration review and follow-up.

5. Limitations and responsibility

HomeQora information is not legal, financial, insurance, tax or real estate advice. Before making decisions about a rental agreement, payments, deposit, insurance or tenant suitability, you should evaluate your own situation and, where needed, consult a relevant professional.

HomeQora does not guarantee tenant reliability, payment performance, agreement legality, insurance payouts or a specific rental result.

6. Data and privacy

We handle personal data according to the Privacy policy. During registration we collect only the information needed for registration and follow-up.

7. Updates to these terms

These terms may be updated when HomeQora starts offering additional functions, accounts, payments, document uploads, integrations or other product modules.

If changes are material, they will be presented clearly before the relevant new function is used.
